In order to avoid undue risks in traveling during bad weather, Lakeway Community Church has adopted the following procedure to determine if church should be cancelled and how to notify the members:Pastor Mark will survey the property (if possible) and if the road and/or parking lot are deemed unsafe will:
1. Post a note on the main entrance (if possible) for visitors who have not been able use methods 2-3.
2. Instruct the church secretary to send out an email to all members that have provided the church with email contact information.
3. Instruct the church webmaster to post an alert on the website (www.lakewaychurch.com) and any additional social media sites (Facebook, etc...)
